I don't think Peach was ever planning to get into hardcore or do B/G content even before she met Cyr so no he is not holding her back, but she has gotten more attracted to women since they've been dating. Alot of companies don't enjoy sponsoring people with a OF or Fansly hence why alot of streamer womem do a site like them such as passes. They can play both fields doing so. This dinner could have and most likely been a talk were the CEOs discussed getting more sponsors. Sponsors don't enjoy sexwork peach is at a height were yes she could do more but right now until she feels like doing it she doesn't need to.

I would reckon a guess that as long as it drives traffic, Twitch doesn't particularly care if people do OF, as long as it doesn't break ToS.
