Support Password reset not working

My friend is unable to access his account, he's forgotten his password and when he tries to reset it, the password reset URL never comes to his inbox.

His inbox is fine, he can send and receive other emails from it, and indeed has old password reset URLs from SimpCity.

Any thoughts on what this could be? I have raised a support ticket for him.

Sounds like you need to write them down somewhere so you dont keep forgetting. No need to pretend your other account is 'your friend'

But to answer your question, emails are broken at the mo, raise a ticket and we'll get back to you

After disassociating my account from Reddit, I've never received the password generated by email. Hitting reset password doesn't come into email either. I know that if I log out right now, I'll be locked out.
