Support notifications pre/post visiting a forum page

started happening the site came back online. the notifications happen, i go to the page, scroll down to the latest post. but if i go check on the watched section, it still has the blue dot signifying that i havent been there and as we all know, that means i wont be getting new notifcations for that page.

second problem isthat markign read on bell icon doesnt work at times either

third is that at times, i dont get update notifications for new posts when ive accessed the latest post both via notification bell icon and/or watched threads

is it completely unfixable till the website gets updated?
