There's plenty cases of US law where people successfully sued even though the contract said otherwise.
No contract is 100% bulletproof.
All it takes is the wrong person getting ripped off and what will seem like overnight OF will be on the news nightly talking about how the creators on there have earned their living scamming men for years.
