I got a bunch of customs from phatassedangel69 a few years ago. They were incredibly well-done and high-quality, but she took forever (~2 months) to deliver. I contacted her last year about doing another one but she never replied, so I imagine she's inundated with requests or not taking them anymore.
Spookybunz on Manyvids is great and affordable, though you have to be into her type I imagine - alt, thicc, ear gauges and tats.
maggierosexo on Manyvids is also great and affordable. I've ordered a few customs from her that were quite good.
YesDaddy_03 on Reddit is also terrific but she charges the industry standard ($10/min base) and is a bit difficult to get a hold of reliably. She's very professional otherwise.
quinnofchaos (aka quallenquinn) has extremely quick turnaround times. The last one I ordered she had done within an hour, though I'd say don't go in expecting her to be that quick.
