In America yes. In the USA no. She lives in Montreal (Canada) as seen in her OF.
She spends the winter in a hotel in Miami working hard lol.
But now she's leaving for good... to the USA, probably due to some reasons among them to work more easily with other pornstars, or even to work for a pro production company.
 
If you will allow me to reflect on this raffle for a barefaced video,...

Given that until now she has been extremely careful not to show her face, and has even removed videos just because it was barely visible for a couple of frames, I can think of two possibilities:

1.- She ALREADY has decided to show her face in the near future in her videos, and since she is going to do it anyway, she has taken the opportunity to monetize the situation to the maximum with this raffle. I think the situation is going that way, since in OF she is already showing videos without mask only with sunglasses. Something she has never done before. So maybe she doesn't care if that raffle video gets leaked.

2.- The raffle is a scam. It wouldn't be the first time anyway... The winner would not be someone random but either a guy she trusts (to make sure it never gets leaked) or directly a made-up nick that doesn't exist, nor does the video. The rest of the participants have no way of knowing, since the raffles she does have no kind of guarantee of reliability and fair.

I in this case I think MissLexa has already decided to do unmasked content anyway. She is moving to the USA. And has simply taken the opportunity to make some more money before that time.

Here's another thought. Given that she's a sex worker and her job is essentially getting paid to have sex (in a video), it might not be totally out of left field to offer her a sum (let's say, the same amount she makes from selling one of those fan videos), only in this case, you'd be the fan, and there wouldn't be any raffle involved.
So basically, you'd film a video with her just like any other fan, but you've paid directly for the spot. Then she makes some extra cash by selling the video. Really, it's not that much different from what she's already doing. The only real difference would be the absence of the raffle.
She has a contact email in her YouTube videos. You could pitch it to her. I'm sure plenty of people have already. I wouldn't rule out that her email serves (among other things) to handle serious propositions from folks with a lot of cash.
Given that she's around 500 subscribers, at $15 per video, I'd reckon she's pulling in, at a generous estimate, somewhere between 7k and 10k. The one with Keiran, which was public prepaid, that's what she earned. So if you've got 10k to spare and you want to spend it on a roll in the hay with her, she might be interested.
Anyway, many porn stars (or sex workers, as you aptly put it) also work in high-end escorting. It's just another aspect of their job.
