Support Mentions you in a message: alert

I noticed that I don't get alerts when someone mentions me in a message, for example:

I didn't receive any alerts even though throwawayableact mentions me, is this the expected behavior or is there an error?

It was edited later, I think you only get a notification when he mentions you in the original post.

shouldn't the alert go off anyway? I wonder if this is intended behavior or a bug.

maybe I've figured out what the problem is, throwawayableact mentions me with the URL tag but forum issues a notification only with the USER tag
