What I heard on tits before they nuked the thread for the millionth time was her ex supposedly had the login info and posted her nudes he had from when they were together but sold it as a throwback bundle, and she was under 18. Then reported her account for it and got it taken down. Someone said they got the info from her from ig messaging about content. Another person that shared multiple ppv pics said they bought said bundle but wouldn't share for obvious reasons

I'm sorry, but nobody's alarm bells went off about "her" selling a "throwback bundle?" When she's barely 19 and has been selling nude content for maybe a month or two at most?

And where did the money go from the sales of it?

The fucked up part is that her ex is guilty of both revenge porn and the selling and distributing of CP. But she can't really bring charges on him because she'd probably get popped for creating and distributing CP because she was the one who took the photos and gave him the photos. And because this is Florida and Florida is ass-backwards.

What a clusterfuck.

No not part of the bundle. But it was originally from the same guy who said he bought suspected bundle, which is the only "evidence" we have as its all still speculation

If it's true, then hopefully he and everyone who bought the CP has the wherewithal to keep it to themselves or delete the files. Granted, I doubt the latter will happen, but still.

They should do the latter; if those who bought it don’t and get caught somewhere down the line, they brought it on themselves. No boobs are worth getting popped for CP. If what her ex did is true, he deserves what he gets.

I’m not sure that Marissa would get popped for CP under Florida’s revenge porn laws, especially if she can prove that her ex distributed it for that purpose and got her OF suspended as an added act of retaliation. (The latter may be a tougher case to prove, since she has to prove that she did not distribute the UA material to her own page.) Revenge porn laws (even Florida’s) are meant to protect the person whose explicit content was distributed without their consent, regardless of whether their former partner obtained it from them or originally produced it consensually.

I just have no faith in the Florida Justice System to protect victims, especially if they're sex workers. So I can see the DA fucking her over, even though she is a victim of revenge porn.
