Theoretically yes, Ppl are allowed to feel scammed if the captions doesn't match what's been sold

The outrage was so strong because so MANY ppl charge backed that OF had to revise their tipping cap to just $100

I agree, I never said they weren’t allowed to feel scammed, I would feel the same way. But if I was her, with the big enough following she has, I would be lying if I said I wouldn’t embellish a bit to get some extra cash. (Not full on scamming, but I hope you get what I mean) I’m sure a ton of people would do the same thing.

I have a rule of thumb - I’m not paying $10 or more for any OF video that is under 10 minutes long. This is not a professionally produced scene, most OF content is shot using a mobile phone or a GoPro anyway, so there’s no cameraman to pay, so the PPV price is not reflective of the cost to produce.

Mandy likes to charge $20+ for less than 3 minutes of footage! That’s just gouging her fans for something that’s essentially a TikTok video with her nipples out.

If she were fingering herself or playing with toys (with her pussy in full view, not hidden/obscured) then it might be worth more than $10 as she’s selling porn which isn’t available elsewhere. OnlyFans and the like have made it so easy for women with a modicum of a following to become rich doing the bare minimum. I kind of wish there were standards for much people can charge for content, like if you're selling 5 pictures it can't be sold for like $100 or something stupid like that. This is the easiest job in the world for her where she doesn't have to constantly travel and get slammed on canvas covering wood for a living.

A couple years ago (around the time when OF was thinking about removing explicit content) they were also considering implementing a limit to the price of content, since they were getting a lot of sues for frauds despite it being the hoes'fault
Result? A crap ton of scam-ish hoes switched from OF to Fansly & co.
They're fully aware that doing that would make them lose a lot of public, so they'll never put clear and stricter regulations
