She's in her mid to late 20's now and is going to be looking for something more permanent or at least something that appears stable, especially financially because she'll never work a real job, and she won't keep an audience into her mid 30's or 40's to make money that way. Both her parents are dead so she really has no model for a good relationship and she's also (sorry) dumber than a bag of bricks, anyone who has watched her streams can see that she's an air head and has a pretty uninteresting personality, so it's not surprising she's going to fall for a tall guy with money who tells her what she wants to hear, even if all he's interested in is her looks.
But a lot of people get into these types of arrangements when it's available honestly, not everyone wants to be struggling in low income housing with the "love of their life", a lot will just take a safe cushy option that isn't horrible, or even convince themselves that they're excited about to not have to deal with it emotionally, which wouldn't be surprising given her immaturity when you listen to her speak. She gets money and cute stuff bought for her, probably a path out of the e-whoring eventually, he gets a trophy wife, etc.
The reality is that this most likely isn't going to be any kind of life long relationship, she's not too bright and has nothing to offer other than looks, and he seems to be a douchey player who hits up other girls constantly, so it's basically which of them will get tired of it first.
