That was my thought too, they're just too perfect. But that's what she claimed, and now that we've seen her topless I do believe no surgery was involved (normal nipples, naturally squishy). If anything I'd guess she's at least had some non-surgical treatment like a fat injection or cold sculpting.
That or she really is just blessed with a perfect body. She's literally my ideal in every way.
