As far as I can find, Stormy did say that, and I am quoting Stormy herself here, "I ended things with her almost a year ago and she moved on with a new partner almost immediately" so take that as you will.

I don’t have screenshots & I could be mixing up info, but I remember KG IG story when nobody really knew what was going on, it was in limbo & they either said open relationship or I thought they were because of what she was doing. Either way it was early on. KG was already at the bar lovey dovey kissing some other dude.

I don’t want to get in to the conversation, I think that she wasn’t expecting him to go trans. Her ex was on Reddit talking to guys about meeting up and they were now in an “open relationship” probably not what she wanted and expected her whole life turned upside down. She met another guy. He can probably support her and she bailed. Makes sense to me.
