This is the last video of Kaho Shibuya before she retired, minus the "retirement special" she did. It's called CKJ-268. In the discussion thread we've only managed to find it on r18, which won't let you rent it unless you've already made an account. It's a long shot but it's the only chance we have at actually being able to see it for a while unless someone can figure out a workaround.
