Seems like the chatbox of Fanfix. Mostly that will be handled by another person working for Fanfix. Afaik, these kind of sites(ex: OF, Playboy, etc.) hire people to interact with subscribers. But yes, problem lies with Jeila as well as she ain't providing new (or even better) contents so the repeats must have been what these Fanfix hires are left to use.
