it's the name of an emote, that is used in chatrooms on twitch, to express a dismissive 'did anybody ask?' to another chatter or a situation, in general. a casual indifference or disinterest.
lots of chat-heavy users on twitch will incorporate the emote name as shorthand for the sentiment outside of twitch chat itself when the emote can't be used or as a means to verbalize it when speaking.

Bro no thats not what it means at all. It's been around since 2018 and you just spam it in chat when someone says something weird nobody asked to hear. It's pretty much a "who asked you are making it weird and uncomfortable" people just spam it at nick because he's always making weird sexual innuendo, it's become obsolete in most channels except his
