Support i think i got banned over a misunderstanding

so i've realised that people have been banned for scraping
i saw a thread here talkin about scrapin threads from here but now i am not sure if that is against rules
if so i will correct my problem by stopping using the thread scraper mentioned on this site
i had no ill intents for using it but will stop if neccessary

so again not sure if this helps but I seem to still get notifications for threads im following but i cannot view what they are or any threads for that matter
all i wanna do is get this sorted and figure out what could be going on
every page i go to is just "Oops! We ran into some problems." over and over
i am not even sure what to do so please help
