Support How can I include non-exact search results?

Are there any commands for searching that will return everything that incudes a certain word? not just the word on it's own?
For example posts that contain a URL with the word will not appear in results, as the search only seems to show posts which have the word or phrase by itself, not surrounded by a URL.

I have tested this several times now, I'll search a name of someone and even though their name is contained in a URL of a thread, but that post with the URL does not show up as a result.

I've had a search around to see if I can include these results but since that's the way the search works it makes it even harder to find help!
any ideas?
