The average height for American men is 5 feet, 9 inches. That's slightly above the global average height for males, which is 5 feet 7.5 inches. Height is mostly impacted by genetics, but environmental factors, including nutrition and infectious diseases, can also play a role. but, close enough for government work
 
Yeah, 5'10 is also pretty tall for dudes. Dudes also fake their heights all the time because they're insecure (on top of cultural and societal expectations obviously)

Anyway, heights shouldn't matter. Can't control it, so I shouldn't worry about it. But it does suck to be short

I think marriage is different because you gotta look at multiple aspects like financial condition, personality, compatibility, and even then the height plays a major role.

But when it comes to dating and hooking up, men under 5’10 are basically hopeless because no woman even if she was shorter would look at them as attractive or desirable, especially in today’s day and age.

It’s the first thing girls talk about when discussing a boy they’re interested in. “Oh he is tall and…and…etc”. So if you’re at the 5’9 average or below then im sorry to say but you’re not off to a good start in that regards, and even if you find someone to settle down with & she lowers her standards to be with you, there will always be that risk of someone taller than you either cucking you and fucking your wife or just straight up stealing her from you because he is genetically superior.

Sometimes the genetic lottery is cruel but you only play with the cards you’re dealt i guess

I dont know what you mean by insecurity because I am not short. I am just speaking in general based on facts, research & preferences, women want tall men.

It’s not my problem if people are insecure about it, but it won’t change the facts. If it was between a short and a tall guy who have everything else equal, the tall guy wins 10 times out of 10 because that’s what women want.

Ive never heard of a woman saying “ew that guy is tall i want me a short 5’9 manlet instead”. Hate me for saying the truth but deep down you know it’s the truth otherwise it wouldn’t be so widely discussed.
