Piracy has never been "straight up stealing", that's been a faulty comparison that everyone with a brain cell has dismissed decades ago.
Ask anyone that studied that law if piracy isn't stealing, and we'll talk again. The only reason you defend piracy is because you love leaked content. And hey, so do I.. but I'm not gonna pretend to be morally superior and pretend I suddenly care about being ''immortal''.
Theft leaves someone out of a good; piracy is a copy.
Piracy is THE copy. These chicks sell a vid for example for a price, meaning that legally, only the people who paid for it are allowed to consume it. They usually even have a part in their bio that talks about it and that they will take legal actions against people for leaking. But if you think these girls are 100% fine with leaks, why not link them to this ''legal'' site and see how they react?
And furthermore, there's been multiple case studies showing that cracking down on piracy doesn't actually increase sales, as pirates, by and large, wouldn't purchase the content anyhow.
Sources of those ''multiple'' case studies, please? Leaks 100% hurt sales because if you didn't have the option to get leaks and still desperately wanted to see it, you would have to pay for it. But if I got the option to get GTA 6 for free or needed to pay full price for it on release.. wtf do you think I and most would pick?
Publicly sharing someone's intimate photos that were only distributed because of trust is an incredibly different level of immoral. It's right up there with rape and not understanding the moral issues with it shows an incredible lack of maturity and empathy.
LMAO, revenge porn isn't even close as being the same as rape.. wtf?! Rape can physically and psychologically destroy someone when RP only could cause the later one and the worst thing that happens to you is failing ashamed or upset about it. Women don't get an unwanted pregnancy from getting their sex videos leaked online, what an r*tarded thing to compare rape with nudes getting leaked online.
Again, they are on the same level.. the only difference is your personal feelings about them. But both are technically against the law. Again, link this site to these girls or to anyone who has any job working in the law and see how they react.
(My god, men have become so soft on porn sites... 10 years ago we would just call them whores, jerk off to them and move on, LOL).
