Yes, his videos definitely need more production value to be considered professional as apposed to pro-am.
1. Stop with the constant super close up introduction scene. We get it, you are influenced by Jules Jordan. Develop your own style and let people see what the girls are wearing. The full outfit not super closeup opening shots of shoes then a slow pan to the face. Establish the scene first.
2. Change it up a bit. Just because you ae shooting in your apt/condo doesn't mean you need to repeat the same scenario in each video with each girl. Check out Dickdrainers for some examples. Shoots in condo/apt but not all of the scenarios are the same.
3. How about setting up a grip to hold the second camera instead of having the girl hold the camera on herself. They make plenty of camera mounts to hold cameras and position them anyway you want.
4. "Oh my God, I can't believe you're finally here!" Really, you need to say this to each girl?
