Question download program for windows 11

i was downloading content from onlyfans with IDM - internet download manager
if was also useful for downloading any content that is streaming and downloading it instead of just streaming
now after a fresh install of windows 11
i can't use patch for the program and it is blocked by the OS even disabling windows defender don't work

i was able to workaround that with windows 10 but now i can't find a solution
is there an alternative for this type of program for free or a way to get around it in windows 11?
basically half of my stuff has been downloading by capturing download links this way

IDM is a great all in one solution.

The workaround maybe to use Uget Download manger

Is there a way to bypass win11 protection?
This file is clearly not a virus i used it for years with my windows 10 which i reinstalled like 5 times 🤷‍♂️
