I leaked content for this girl on Fanhouse, Taalia Vess / Taaliavess. She is going hard after leakers (or maybe just me) but I have been charged $100 so far and will get $50 for each site the content is leaked on. I've started searching for her content on other leaked sites to try and see but haven't found it anywhere else. Has anyone else encountered this? I'm scared how many times I can get an email about my account being suspended and being charged $50 when I only ever leaked content here originally.

My advice, don't leave fanhouse content....

The posts are watermarked and I assume tied to my account in someway. I've been trying to figure it out, myself, and that's the answer I've come up with. Their tos specifies $50 for each site leak and $150 for failure to takedown, so I've been emailing the sites to get them to remove the content I didn't actually post on the sites in question. I'm considering cancelling my credit card but worried they'll come after me in different ways...

Next time, clean the metadata of the image and very lightly alter the image with blur or something, so it messes up any pixel identification techniques.

Do this:
1. Send an email telling them to delete all your info due to you closing your account and they need to comply to internet privacy/data-keeping laws.
2. If they refuse, ask them for proof that you leaked it. If they don't give it to you, bluff them that you'll file a lawsuit against them.
3. Close your card

I doubt this is even legal... No matter what they had you accept in their TOS.
If you actually leaked something the only thing they could do is to sue you, bring proof for their claim and ask the judge to be compensated.

They can't just charge you an arbitrary sum of money without your consent even if the watermark matches etc. You should call your bank, report all of the transactions where you were charged without your consent and tell the bank to block any future payment toward FH.
After this, send FH an email formally asking them to have your account and data completely deleted.

jh0, not at the moment.
Just look at the Amazon / Netflix / and other streaming services LEAKS.
Way too many customers. Shit might change with Blockchain in the infrastructure.

GameraTheGod, any experience on that?
The most they could do is, ban you from buying. But on the other hand, copyright things are a real thing in the western world.
