She's just getting older. The skin is no longer tight, but begins to become loose and wobbly. That's normal, it just seems like she's skinny, but in my eyes she still looks good.

I am 10000% sure that she said on stream "I do not use Photoshop for my pictures".
For the current pictures she did use it. First of all there is the messed up tattoo she probably didn't even noticed after editing. The second thing is the fake "window light". It's from the same shot from november, and i just took the older pics for comparison and edited it real fast without going into details like the soft edge and so on, just to make it clear what i meant with the light.
