Do you have subtitles? thanks
The player probably wouldn't even have the functionality to have subtitles. The average content creator doesn't know what a vtt/ssa/srt file is or how to generate one.
Her Patreon only has 100 subscribers, that's not a lot of interest in her premium content, so there isn't really a big incentive for her to spend the day or two to go through the process of timing her video, another day of translating her script to English along with any other language could be required for any number of those 100 subscribers, and another day or two breaking that script into the timing windows and modifying the verbiage of the sentences should the translated script appear too verbose for the amount of seconds she allotted for a given timing window, if she cared about such a thing. Once her soft sub is finished, she would have to upload the file and then explain to her subscribers what to do with the file and what players have the ability to use the file, assuming she even knows herself. The average person probably doesn't know there exists anything beyond Window Media Player or Quicktime Player.

On youtube, the affair is pretty streamline, it actually has support for many languages, and you could if you were masochistic do the subbing or do the sensible thing and send it out to the third-party sites Youtube has a contract with for subtitles and allot the advertisement revenue to pay the subtitling contract for a given speaker language to a given audience language. If the latter wall of text didn't make it obvious, this is process is labor intense. Content creator see 5 to 20 dollars evaporated from their advertisement revenue vanished away for each minute in length of the video that has to be subtitled.
Her views on youtube could probably cover the subtitling contract for the videos on youtube.

Her patreon with its 1 dollar, 5 dollar, 20 dollar tiers for 100 subscribers is probably not going to cover that for her, whether it be her own labor or figuring out a site that would do that for her and integrate it into Vimeo, if her patreon uses Vimeo as a host, who the fuck knows if Patreon's own player has that functionality.

But end of the day, we're not even talking about patreon or youtube, we're talking about boosty, a platform for Russians that speak Russian and whose player is only set up as functional as that requires.
And also, at the end of the day, the person sharing the videos for us would need the technical know how to retrieve the soft subtitles, if they hypothetically existed. I can't judge whether or not that person would know how to do as such, because I haven't interacted with Honey Girl's boosty to verify how the person was getting the video itself.
But, if you look at some of the generous people for other creators on this or other such sites of generous people, not everyone is technically "gifted". So you've got people that are sitting there screen recording content, they definitely don't know how to retrieve a subtitle. I've seen an example of a person that don't even know how to specify to their screen recording program how to use internal audio instead of microphone, assuming that was the issue because the recording didn't have audio and the video host they were recording visibly had the player on mute, there could be other severe cognitive issues being at play for that person there's no way to tell.
