Just like photographers can own the rights to the photos they take. Also think how porn actresses can do a scene, get paid $1200 but Bangbros can continue to sell that scene over and over long after she quit making porn (Mia Khalifa).
I think it's probably to prevent him from selling her images/videos when she's done with being an OF model.
