You are definitely right. Eventhough when I saw her before sawing her face, realized that she is not THAT ITALIAN woman. She has more curvy body surely. Why the heck he did something lame?? I think it is the Italian girl. Or he has lied about her ethnicity from the beginning. (maybe for privacy/protection or purely for scripting)
But I think it is the same woman.
