Found a converter for Flat 2D Media To 3D/VR SBS
iw3 by nagadomi (Same creator of waifu2x, that's used for image/video upscaling)

They have visual artifacts, but are pretty impressive.
I don't have the resources to do very much. I remember someone uploaded some 4K upscaled collections of Maimy and Lana.
I'm hoping someone's crazy enough to do some full collections with this VR converter.
