She recently came back from a month long vacation to the US. When she came back she revealed that she had gone to the US to get major cosmetic surgery done.

But unfortunately she can't move around much until she's healed up.

I'm still recording her streams but I won't be adding anything to the album until she can actually dance again.

My guess is that she was able to instantly kill the camera feed, but instead of removing the video coming from the camera it was just frozen. Then the video changes modes (three panes etc) rapidly, which would be her panicking and trying to get her titties off of the screen before she kills the stream entirely.
