Support Account stopped working after site went down few days ago

Hi,

The site went down for europe a couple days ago. Since that 'down' moment i can still log in, but whenever i click something it says 'oops something went wrong' and then says i don't have permission to do something. So i can't browse anything. It always worked and i have enough point to post anywhere, since i'm a frequent poster. Can anyone tell me what happened? Account name = T-thefree. I hope we can get it working again so i can continue posting. I was kinda surprised the site was up and running and that it was possible to make a new account.

My main account had the same issue as OP, but I am unable to contact support through that main account. I am using an alt to try to resolve my issue. Is there any way you can help? Thank you.

Create a ticket explaining your problem and identify your main account. Mods will help you out.

FYI, the bot detection exists for a reason, not even staff who spend all day on here trigger it...
