Hi! My main account (cpgame) recently received a temporary suspension which is in effect until April 06, 2024, 12:01AM.
But up until the time of this writing, the temporary suspension was not lifted, and was turned into a ban instead.
I'm not quite even sure what made my account suspended/banned on the first place?

Is there a way to reinstate my main account?

I had the same thing happen to my main account johnazreal101 which was suppose to be 2 day ban until April 2 at 10:30 and now I’m perma banned.
