Question Accidentally deleted 150GB porn folder! PLZ HELP!!

Does anyone know how to recover a large folder that was permanently deleted because it was too big for the recycle bin? I wasn't paying attention when trying to delete a few videos and accidentally highlighted my porn collection folder. Didn't think twice and pressed enter when the deletion prompt came up.

I would like to be able to recover the folder FOR FREE.

Did you try the deep scan option? You chose the right disk? Was the folder deleted a while ago or today?

It was deleted this morning around like 5am. It was on volume E in the downloads folder so it should have been E:\Downloads. Also I did a deep scan earlier and nothing changed.

Yea but the folder isn't deleted as one big 150G file. It is deleted as each individual file from the folder. Have you tried recovering all files on that list and seen if it's the files from your deleted folder?

recuva is best. But still you cant get all files back only some.

It really depends on many factors, sometimes you are lucky and can get back the most of it, sometimes your disk if full and so the OS is forced to move/delete files continuosly to operate, overwriting the deleted files. It also depends on the filesystem you use.
Give it a try, but don't expect too much even from tools such as Recuva (which works better with external disks for the reasons described above).
