posting etiquette

Hello, how do you upload a thumbnail image to your post. I can't seem to do what is advised when creating a thread.

Looking at the request forum, it seems you can only create threads asking for general content of a performer. I want to request a video of a performer who already has a thread, but the video is not in that thread and requests in content threads usually get removed, I've seen. Any suggestions...

Why are my requests being deleted? In my alerts tab is shows that the thread was deleted because "it must include social media profile links and at least 1 photo/video of the model" I don't understand why because I DID post links to the models Twitter and OF accounts, as well as 1 photo.

I know bumping up a post or a thread is not allowed. However is it okay to delete the original post from however many months ago and then repost it or is this still considered bumping up?
