The codec of the videos in the Mega folder is AV1 so I think your hardware can't decode it. Have you tried setting software decoding?

AV1 is a new and more efficient codec for video, even youtube use it, but sadly not every hardware can decode it so that's why you weren't able to watch them

Watch it on pc... sounds like you just have an old phone. Alternatively try downloading the videos and playing it with vlc in your phone, not tryign to play it through the app.

I have a Samsung 24+ so I don't think the phone is the problem, just my dumb ass having to learn some new things.
