De-jure, there is a law (УК РФ ст. 242) that forbids making, distributing or advertising of pornography but de-facto it is almost never used outside of CP (УК РФ ст. 242.1) cases. Porn is de-facto allowed in Russia, and, as it is with many de-facto useless laws in this country, you can only ever get charged with it if somebody specific with appropriate legal authority really doesn't like you. So, no, these girls virtually do not risk anything.

Also, a lot of Russian models moved from Russia so I'd rather check with their (new) local laws.

Technically there is a law that completely prohibits distribution of pron but in practice it is only enforced for stuff such as UA and RP. Other than that, they really like blocking access to pron websites

is anyone having problems with uploading speed through pixeldrain? I used to upload up to 40mb/sec and now max speed for me it's 5mb/sec, started uploading to cyberfile and currently uploading to 20mb/sec

What’s your take on credit etiquette?

Scenario:

User 1 uploads video of threesome with BigTits McDaniels, Logan Long Schlong, and Brandy Butterface

User 2 copies post link from Brandy Butterface’s thread and posts it in BigTits McDaniel’s thread

User 1 gets pissed and comments comments on User 2 saying “hey can you give me credit?”

At no point did User 2 claim that they acquired the content, they just posted the link to the post, where upon clicking it will show who originally uploaded. Is this fine? Should User 2 say “leave a like?” Or is User 2 fine as is?

The deepfakers are trying to stay anonymous because the people with fakes out there are getting litigious and the deepfakers are trying not to get sued. There was a fairly large controversy in the streaming world when someone was found out to have been viewing deepfakes of several other streamer friends of theirs. One of the larger streamers who had fakes said she would do all in her power to put the guy in jail. I don't know the outcome of that but it's safe to say deepfakers do not want to get caught.

If user 2 just posted the link to user 1 post then I don't see a reason why they'd need to credit it, since the link will bring you to the original poster and that in itself is pretty much giving credit imo
