Plus, they don't know that person's financial situation. I know there's been a few times where I may have wanted to buy content from my favorite model, but my money just wasn't right at the time. They shouldn't expect us to have money just readily available to give to them WHENEVER they decide to drop something.
You must understand their simple mindset... which is that they just don't give a shit. You got financial problems? Tough shit give me more money so I can buy more drugs and sex toys. You go to a stripclub & if you know yourself how much you are willing to spend & tell the girls how much you are willing to spend, You're less likely to be harassed for dances & tipping
My local stripclub is pretty good, I go there, Talk to a few girls, Tell them my budget & usually are pretty good about it

The only time I've heard about a creator actually seeming to care about their fans and their money is when Madison Ivy got super sick for a few months and offered refunds to her subs since she wasn't making new content while sick. I know people have also mentioned that Angela White seems great with fans too but I've never heard any stories of her doing something like that.
