I believe there was some general bad blood between her and other performers, resulting from said performers alleging Emily had performed in a beastiality clip that was going around the net ... and Emily still has an open court case about that against two other performers. That is why she isn't currently shooting mainstream... (And no, not going to link to media articles about it, since those contain real names of all three parties... cause, of course media needs to be vultures and release real names if they legally can, right? :(

Well, I just looked up the case, again, and found that there's a hearing scheduled for Mid April, and a jury trial for later in April... this year. So, I'd say, no, not thrown out.
