Some thoughts...

I guess I'm finding it just a bit stale seeing the same guys have sex with various hotwives - by convention I shouldn't even know the name of the guys these women have sex with.

On one hand it's quite understandable. If you are going to have your wife fuck some dude on camera, you want someone reliable, and the only way you can get that is by asking other hotwives to recommend someone safe, clean, with decent size, comfortable on camera, and who has done it several times.
