No one knows for sure, but I would imagine they had a fallout over business and money related issues. For the longest time Jessica managed Kiki's OnlyFans. Jessica had an agency called Verge Agency, Kiki was Jessica's biggest money maker under that agency for a long time.
Something must have happened between the 2 of them in regards to the verge agency that led them to have a fallout and basically not be friends.
Fun Fact, Mikayla Demaiter was also represented by Jessica's Verge Agency. It is unclear if Mikayla is still with verge or not.
Their issues likely came from something related to money, OF agreements, how the money is split, the fees. Likely a combination of all this.
As the saying goes, friends are better off being friends, when you involve them with business and money then they usually don't become your friends anymore. It's basically the same thing here, they likely had a ton of arguments, disagreements and in the end they parted ways and are no longer friends.
