You can clearly see the ragged edges of the pastie/cover, especially on the right side. Plus there's obvious discolouration over the nipple. It's a transparent/sheer pastie/cover/thing, so definitely not a slip.

It's very clearly pasties, I agree. As mentioned, you can see the gap between it and her skin. We've also seen her areolas hundreds of times, they're quite dark but the area here that would be areola is much lighter
from what I've seen, she probably wears pasties in all of her streams. My guess is it's for situations, like that slip, where to happen.
