For better performance on mobile devices and the website, is it possible to optimize the automatic playback of external sources by creating an option in the control panel?

Do you mean for redgifs? I think thats the only autoplay embed we have.
We have tried to disable its autoplay, unfortunately there's no option for it and the embed doesn't respond to the usual autoplay=false or similar commands.

That's become a problem, a single page it's ok the system handle it but when you go to another page whit videos in auto play than problem starts.
