I believe my first ever pornstar i watched is Gianna Michaels in Big Tits Round Asses in 2005

If I'm honest with you, the truth is I don't know, it could be a possibility, but under the laws it is confidential information, no one but her can say it, not even her agency or manager whoever is directing her career.
I don't know how the rules work in the porn industry, I guess it's still confidential information, it's just that they stop working with her and don't reveal the reason. What is true is that her physical condition looked quite deteriorated in her last scenes. This does not necessarily have to be related to AIDS, it could be drugs aswell!
It remains a mystery to this day, which in my opinion confirms the theories, otherwise she would have taken it upon herself to deny the rumors.
