Question "successful liability shift" on Onlyfans

Trying to sub to some creators on Onlyfans and everytime I get this message "successful liability shift for enrolled card is required" I've googled it but all I get is answers saying it happens with gift cards and I'm using my brand new debit card (old one was stolen) I know it works cause I've used it on patreon and other shit.

Some banks block onlyfans, you have to call them and ask to unblock it for your card.
Reason : A lot of stolen cards are used by OF resellers / shady rip websites
