You think her character as a waitress won't get more involved in the story ? Cause why would they make her attend the premiere if she's just in a couple of seconds each episode ? She wants to be an actress. She needs the show way more than the show needs her. It has big enough names in the cast, and enough sex/drugs/etc. to bring in the audience where any model out there can fill her role. So I highly doubt they care about her onlyfans following.
For her, it's an opportunity to be on a HBO show with some big names and make connections in the entertainment industry. It's a break that could (though unlikely if she doesn't get some actual speaking lines) lead to other things down the road. She has way more to gain by taking the role regardless of what it pays or how minimal it is than the show has to gain by casting her.
