Simp Chat Shirokitsune - Discussion Thread

She charged me 40$ for the Pyjama Juri set, I think it's great quality and she's done a great job with the cosplay, but I was a bit disappointed that it was 30 pics, though to be fair, usually the 50-pics sets that I had, often times had pics that were pretty much the same but the pose was a bit displaced so it was technically different.

I didn't know she was already making content before her Shirokitsune days.
Obvious thing I want to say is that I wish she was as daring with her stuff nowadays.

I stopped my subscription to her OF a few months ago, then I learned thanks to the lost discussion thread that there might be an agency involved. I don't know how it took me that long to realize especially when her sleeping schedule would have changed so much compared to her Patreon days and not very European.

True but honestly I don't think anymore that it's an agency answering, and also while she was in japan the times when she responded to my dms would align with the evening there, so it wouldn't be too strange imo

I'm 100 percent sure it is. I'm the guy on the old forum she had a falling out with after she saw it. Told me to unsub and not talk to her agian. Then I got a message from her two weeks ago asking how I was doing. My buddy also got the same exact message. It's not her you are talking to on of. Also sad I lost my original profile during the site crash. Had to make a new one.

Long text warning, but I'll share some of the stuff i know:

It's pretty clear that Shiro is being managed by an agency. Her constant online presence, bot-like behavior when a new subscriber joins, and round-the-clock replies are all signs. This was especially evident when she was on vacation in Japan, yet remained online and responsive 24/7 (even selling sets lmao). Her Twitter and Reddit are managed by the agency, while her Instagram is the only social network she has control over, and that actually causes problems for the OF chatters since they don't know what she posts there on her stories for example.

Shiro herself managed her OF account until October 2023, around the same time she ended her Twitch livestream project due to low returns. After October, her OF account was handed over to an agency and revamped. She live-streamed with a friend, @hana.cos is her name on OF, and they both joined the agency together. This was apparent because their OF bios were identical, and their Twitter and Reddit posts happened simultaneously with similar titles. Sometimes, the agency would mistakenly post a photo of another model while logged into Shiro's or Hana's account, and even their vocabulary was the same across both OF accounts. Hana likely left the agency at some point.

While Shiro occasionally interacts with a few specific users, most of the chatting is handled by others. There are times that even these interactions stop, and I'm pretty sure she no longer replies to anyone herself for a period.

During this time, several 'scam' tactics were employed by those managing her page. These included set pricing being different for each person (ranging from 30$ to 60$+ for the same content), misinformation and lies about said contents, an many others i can't speak about since they happened privatelly to other people. The most egregious tactic was the so-called raffles held on her page. From time to time 'she' runs Raffles where participants were required to tip a certain amount to enter, and they received a fixed set just for participating, with the chance to win additional prizes (like a second set, a 'mystery' reward, a custom set, etc.). No specific rules or statistics were provided, making the raffle inherently shady. All the raffles were questionable, but the latest one was especially ridiculous. She messaged multiple users, telling them they had won 'the big prize,' which turned out to be the great honor to be given an opportunity to purchase the 'big prize set' at a discount. Prices ranged from $70 to $250+ even with the discount! The 'big prize set' ended up being the Succubus set, which some people bought for as little as $35 a week after the raffle ended. The higher-tier prizes never existed and were only added to deceive.

As for set quality and quantity, the images are fewer, usually around 30. She takes the photos with her phone instead of a proper camera and applies heavy filters to save editing time. Often, she manually compresses the images to lower resolutions, ironically putting actual effort into downgrading the image quality. The poses are uninspired, and what hurts the most, the focus is no longer on cosplay quality as it was during her Patreon days. A couple of times the chatter would justify an increase in set prices by claiming she 'handmade' the cosplay, but a quick browse on Amazon shows the outfits were bought online for cheap.

It's clear she's just in it for the easy money these days, letting others handle her networks while she makes easier and lazier content, focusing on quick money grabs aimed at casual come-and-go customers rather than caring for her old fanbase. A quick browse of her Twitter or Reddit shows she doesn't care about her online image anymore, considering how self-degrading the posts are, which is something she was once against. It's trully sad to see.

The recent three or so sets have been better in some regards, with higher resolution (though still heavily filtered) and more creative poses. However, they still pale in comparison to even her worst Patreon set, while costing more.

tl;dr: You are not chatting with Shiro! ; Predatory and deceiving tactics are frequently used on her page ; Content is more expensive and lower quality when compared to Patreon ;

Important note: Shiro herself (not the chatters) knows about this forum and this thread. Keep that in mind. I'm sure many of us are/were fans of her at some point, maybe she'll see this as feedback and make some changes in the future. She has always had difficulties in life, which may have led her down this path (I have reason to believe she was pressured into it by people around her), and from what I know of her, she's a decent and kind person. In the end, Shiro is fully aware of what's going on with her OF account. Despite her personal issues, she's still responsible for what is done under her name and brand.

She has some hardcore stuff from before at tumblr, it was recently posted over the share thread. But i don't know if she did that for fun or if it was paid content.

You summed it all up better then I could.

Yes, sadly all of this is true. Her OF is run by a scam agency, and it's really shitty.

Wait I don't understand, she told you to unsub from her of, but you didn't and 2 weeks ago "she" wrote to you on of?

I did unsub actually. But she is still listed as a fan on my profile so she would still be able to message me. But the message looked like a chatterr message who had no clue what happend prior. It was mass sent anyway I'm sure. But this was during the time she was in japan. In fact I'll just post it. Anyone else can probably confirm they got the same one. I never did get a reply to my repose.

Edit: if the previous thread was not gone it would paint a better pi ture as to why this proves it's not her. But to sum it up. That was sent to me after the drama went down. Plus others got that exact same message word for word at the same time.

even after you unsub the agency still sends the mass messages to you. its very obvious cuz itll be a message like "i just made this set for you at a special price" or something like that

On that note. Everything seas says is what was discussed before. I also agree that she may not be a bad person. In fact I the interactions I had prior to October last year were very positive. I just think she went down a path most of us can't support and seems to deflect any criticism or accountability. I still wish her the best of luck. Just sad to see what has become of the old community she built up.

judging by the quality of it, it was for fun. maybe the boyfriend was encouraging her to slut it up more back then

At some point last year I bought some stuff on her wishlist and asked if I could get a custom set with the cosplay. "She" said yes. I had to wait something like 5 months to get it. And the quality was mediocre.
