i'm assuming philko/mr top pawgs/whoever this dude is sent out that link and disabled downloads.

1. on any video open the inspector (right click the page then press inspect)
2. go to the network tab
3. in search/filter type m3u8
4. refresh the page
5. you'll get a link for p.m3u8. that's the video.

find an m3u8 downloading program to grab it. i use streamlink.
