Hello,
Due to DDoS attacks exceeding 30x our usual traffic, we've added an additional rate limit. We were forced to do this, because otherwise the site becomes unusable at some parts of the day.
The other idea was to completely deny VPN and datacenters traffic, but that would've made a lot of people angry, so take it as we've done the lesser evil.
If you're a casual user and get the 429 errors, you're most likely using a VPN location with a lot of other users as well, so you can try using another location.
The rate limit will be removed, once the person paying for the DDoS attacks figures out its useless (or they run out of money, more than 1h of DDoS is expensive huh).
