I'd be willing to bet that Kai was also a very large draw for people to subscribe to their Patreon as well. It could be a potential financial loss for them if they lose Kai.Might be why Kai is seemingly not moving with them. Loss of YouTube income, and her primary gig was editing for them. Cutting costs. Granted they act like the YT money is going to bankrupt them.. Which is fucking wild, that hasn't been monetized in a long time.. And they make a ton on Patreon alone. Just focus on that, and shift platforms.. YouTube doesn't want you. Read the room.
