Does anyone here actually own a professional camera?
How do you go about finding models for photos?
How do you break into the industry of photography?

I own a Sony Alpha 7 iv with 3 lenses, I strictly do photography as a hobby in my city in the popular tourist areas. In the future when I have more free time I plan on doing paid photo shoots.





These are just a few shots over the past 6 months I've done. I try and get out whenever I am not bogged down with college work or actual work.

Does anyone here actually own a professional camera?

Currently using an R5.

How do you go about finding models for photos?

In the good old days before the pandemic and only fans you could just post a casting notice anywhere models hanged out online and someone would respond. Today it much harder to find models. I tend to work with models that I know or models who know them.

How do you break into the industry of photography?

I got started on a dare and later motivated by spite. I think I'm still trying to break in.
