i will say this, more as assumption, than authority on it because i dont follow her too closely, but it seems like she did some kind of operation, probably a boob lift, and hides it with photoshop/edits, cuz you can tell that the boobs look "smoothed out" on newer photos vs back in the day, and said operation prob did something with the nipples too

so short answer, probably

Yes she did actually have a operation.
Her boobs are a bit smaller and even with her blurry scars her aeoras are smaller.
She didn't speak about it tho
From what I'm seeing when they do a reduction they always have similar nipples so it could be a reduction that she didn't feel comfortable speaking about even when we can clearly see it
