Mai needs to fuck around and find out with these changes to her appearance that she's considering. The strongest indication that she fucked up is when there's fewer subs and purchases of her PPVs start to decline over a period of weeks or months. As much as capitalism may be flawed, it's good to let a person know their poor choices are affecting their customers' willingness to buy into their content - with everyone's limit being somewhat consistent even if it varies (i.e. would the lip filler have been one person's dealbreaker and another person's might be implants if she decided upon them?).
She'll put on a publicly defiant front with maybe some waterworks, but it'll be wasted energy. Whether you're Internet-famous or use the Internet to make money and a large part of the draw involves your physical appearance/attractiveness, your body positive postulating won't mean shit if people aren't buying what you're selling because you decided to make yourself into a clown or a modern-day Picasso painting.
I would argue that there are plenty other ASMRtists (in the same lewd category) just as - if not more - attractive than Maimy, as well in a more natural way.
Her major selling point are her ASMR videos which are simply great quality and more erotic than most porn. Good production quality, equipment, video, sounds and the sounds she creates and how she moves her body. Most ASMRtists pay less attention to the ASMR aspect the more lewd they get, to the point they might as well be run of the mill camgirls. Maimy is the exception and a bit of lipfiller isn't going to change that.
As time goes by and she ages, she'll probably get more work done. Many in this field do. But as long as her production value and output remain the same she'll continue to have plenty subs, and I think a drop of subs is more likely to make her push her boundaries more in what she puts out there, rather than not have any work done.
Obviously this is very indicative of my own tastes, but LailaASMR is perhaps the most attractive one out there and very natural. But the lewd stuff she has made is low quality and I wouldn't keep my hopes up for anything new. LunaRexx is absolutely stunning and has a natural body. She is rather heavy on the make-up so is Maimy at times. Her production quality and level of lewdness is similar but with Luna it always feels mechanical and not quite as intimate.
IsabellaASMR and HeatheredEffect are absolutely beautiful as well. Sure they have had some work done but they also have a few years on most ASMR creators. But more crucially, they also can't generate that level of intimacy that Maimy can. In their age bracket, Jelzy is less 'plastic', absolutely gorgeous and has put some truly incredible (and intimate) NSFW ASMR out there. Although she has gone quite a bit more in the porn direction than Maimy has, she can't quite reach her production quality.
The biggest thing I disagree with you about is HeatheredEffect, she hasn't just had "some" work done, she has had a shitload of work done. At this point she doesn't even look like a human to me. This is a funny way to see how people's tastes differ from one another. Honestly out of all of those asmrists you mentioned the only person I would consider comparable in attractiveness (and natural charm) to maimy is Jelzy. I would also add princesshaze to that, though she does full porn and less asmr now so is not as comparable to the others. Maybe I would also add Jinx in there as comparable in terms of looks, though her asmr is definitely not nsfw.
Laila, Luna and Isabella I would say don't have as much "natural" beauty, and Heather to me looks too similar to the vast majority of IG "models".
